About Diner in the Desert

Back in 2007 I had so many conversations with friends who tried to tell their stories. Much, if not all, was about MOMENTS and decisions. Life changing decisions. Moments never possible to have again.

It made me realise how important those moments were and how vital were the people we meet at just the right moment - although we might not recognise them as such at the time. You see - you might just bump into someone who will change your life, if you allow the moment to occur, are willing to tell your story and listen to theirs. It needn’t take long but it might last a lifetime.

One such moment led to Diner in the Desert. A place where people meet and talk and tell stories that change lives. 

These photographs are also moments in time - never to happen again - they all have a story to tell.
